My resolutions for 2020

I am going to write my resolutions for 2020 into this blog. My main resolutions for this year are below. And, I also write each item as an OKR.

1. Microservices Development/Operations

• Can develop Microservices( Go, GCP, Kubernetes ) surely and operate it effectively by improving the current approaches thoroughly.

Key Results

• Pursue the better way of Microservices development, operations thoroughly more.
• Go — Deep dive into the Go Programming Language Specification widely.
• GCP — Earn practical knowledge more by taking new challenges about development and operations intentionally.
• Kubernetes — Earn practical knowledge and gain a deeper understanding of the fundamental mechanism.

2. OSS Contribution

• Contribute to the mainly CNCF products regardless of size.

Key Results

• Become a member of a Project GitHub Organization by some contributions.

3. English

• Reach CEFR: English Level C1 ( my Current level is B2 low)

Key Results

• Can understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts, and recognize implicit meaning.
• Can express ideas fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions.
• Can produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, showing controlled use of organizational patterns, connectors, and cohesive devices.

Others

Keep my condition healthy by doing adequate exercise.

Key Results

• Jogging: 720 km/year ( 60 km/month )

My interests exclude the above things.

• The competitive programming — Become able to solve the challenges of the intermediate level on HackerRankd or LeetCode.
• ML(Machine Learning) for Begineer — Finish taking the course “Machne Learning” on Coursera at least.
